Instructions
- 1
Gather 5 wide-mouth mason jars (16 oz each) and line them up on your counter.
- 2
Into each jar: 1 cup oats, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
- 3
Stir each jar well until fully combined. The mixture will look very liquid — that's correct.
- 4
For different flavors: add 1 tbsp peanut butter + banana slices / fresh berries + lemon zest / cocoa powder + chocolate chips / cinnamon + diced apple / matcha powder + coconut flakes.
- 5
Seal jars and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. The oats will thicken beautifully.
- 6
Before eating, give it a good stir and add fresh toppings. Keeps for up to 5 days in the fridge.
