Sunday night, 15 minutes, and your entire week of breakfasts is done. These overnight oats are proof that eating high-protein doesn't have to be boring, hard, or expensive.

The base recipe gives you 30g of protein per jar from Greek yogurt, protein powder, and milk. From there, you can customize each jar with different flavors so Monday through Friday always feels fresh.

I've been making these for over a year and they genuinely make my mornings better. Grab, shake, eat — your chaotic mornings are now handled.

Instructions

  1. 1

Gather 5 wide-mouth mason jars (16 oz each) and line them up on your counter.

  2. 2

Into each jar: 1 cup oats, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup milk, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.

  3. 3

Stir each jar well until fully combined. The mixture will look very liquid — that's correct.

  4. 4

For different flavors: add 1 tbsp peanut butter + banana slices / fresh berries + lemon zest / cocoa powder + chocolate chips / cinnamon + diced apple / matcha powder + coconut flakes.

  5. 5

Seal jars and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. The oats will thicken beautifully.

  6. 6

Before eating, give it a good stir and add fresh toppings. Keeps for up to 5 days in the fridge.
